I wanted to send you a quick email to compliment one of your associates, Carrie McCormick. My husband and I, recently purchased a penthouse at The Montgomery. When we were looking for our new home in the city  Ms. McCormick always made herself available to show us the property whether it was late in the day or on the weekend due to our busy work schedules. I was  immediately impressed with her sense of professionalism as my husband & I were very frustrated with other realtors. Ms. McCormick had given us her cell phone # and most of the time immediately answered or called us back in a very timely fashion. When we came back a few weeks later and said that we were ready to put in an offer, Ms. McCormick had a contract in the kitchen cabinet of the unit ready to go! It is so rare to meet someone who thinks ahead and is prepared like that! She handled the situation beautifully. I complimented Ms. McCormick so often during the process. I am a company owner myself with several employees and I would love to have more like her! Again, we were less than impressed with so many other people we met in the real estate profession; they treated it like a part-time hobby or very loose which struck us odd when dealing with $2 million dollar+ properties. She was always the utmost professional. She was obviously in it as a career and not a whim. I just had to drop you a line while I had a moment. Just wanted to let you know that we were the first to move into our new home at Bradley Place. We eagerly awaited the completion of our home and now that we are in, we know we will be very happy there.  The builder has been great (especially Miguel and Pepe), but I would like to point out one Centrum employee who went well beyond her job
description to get things done for us. Carrie has been great! I don't think we would be in the home without her. Her knowledge of the process was valuable in so many instances over the past year and half. I am not only happy with her help as a Centrum employee but my wife and I are happy
to call her a neighbor.


I am not sure who Carrie's boss is, however, if you could pass this email along to the owners of your company and let them know that Carrie has been fantastic to work with from the moment we walked in the sales center, signing of the contract and all the steps to our final closing. Even with some of the problems we had, Carrie was the first to try to get us resolution. She was always very professional and went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. More important, she really gives the homeowners the impression that Centrum is a great company to buy a home from and a company that cares about the quality of the product it puts out and the quality of the overall homebuilding experience (very rare these days). I don't know how long she has worked at Centrum but you are better for having her there.
